Returns - Warranty

Returns

Please inspect parts upon arrival. Any merchandise which is NOT defective or damaged may be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund. Please note all returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returns must be new, undamaged, complete, never installed, and in original, factory sealed packaging. Returns must be sent prepaid by the customer.


Returns Procedure

Contact us (preferable via e-mail) to inform us about the return. Tell us why you would like to return the merchandise. We will issue a Returned Good Authorization (RGA) code to authorize the return. 

Write the RGA code outside of the returned box. Please also do not forget to include a copy of the packing slip in the package.


If you want to return the item because of a reason caused by our error, such as receiving the wrong item, receiving a damaged item, or the item did not work, etc. .. we will mail you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Use this prepaid label to ship the part back to us.


If you want to return the item because of an error caused by you, such as wrong part was ordered, you changed your mind,etc.... please ship the product to the following address via USPS, Fedex or UPS.

When the product is received and complies with the return policy, a refund will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase the product. Please keep in your mind that, you won't be charged 15% restocking fee, if the error is caused by us.


It is always a good idea (after a couple of weeks) to follow up to make sure that your refund has been credited back to your credit card / paypal account.


Electrical Parts Return Policy:

We do not accept returns for exchange or refund on electrical parts. However, If you receive parts that are defective upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible.

International Orders Return Policy:

We do not accept returns for exchange or refund on international parts. However, If you receive parts that are defective upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible.

Warranty:


All parts are, unless otherwise stated, brand new and covered by manufacturer's warranty for a year from the date of purchase.

If product is defective or damaged, buyer will receive a full refund or a replacement. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective part or refund of the purchase price.

This warranty does not cover diagnostic, installation labor and/or final paint finish. No replacement is given if the part is broken by customer. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage, direct or consequential, rising from the use of, installation, or the failure of the product.

All parts for sale, unless otherwise stated, are new aftermarket tractor parts. Manufacturer's names and OEM (Original Eqiupment Manufacturer) part numbers are given for reference purposes only. If you have any questions or concerns about our policies or a particular item, please
